Toro Ya Africa Consultants (Pty) Ltd has appointed Environmental Consultants International (Pty) Ltd, as independent Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP), to undertake the required Environmental Authorisation application- and associated stakeholder engagement process for the proposed Residential Development on Erf 1733, Mmabatho Unit 6 in the Mahikeng Local Municipality, North West.
The proposed project will have a footprint of approximately 10.1 hectares and will comprise of 684 three-bed residential units (student accommodation), a Laundry, Tuck Shop, Admin Buildings, Recreational Areas (Open Space), Parking and related services infrastructure.
