PROPOSED ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS

Proposed reception area added to south side of site, internal walls added to facilitate the changes on the upper level. Other existing walls demolished to open up the ground floor space. Original existing house demolished prior to current plan and commenced works. Staircase added to access first floor facilities.
