Prospecting Right

(DITAU TSE SEBOKO GENERAL TRADING ENTERPRISEs (PTY) LTD, the applicant) is in a process of applying for Diamond, Manganese, Aggregate, Gravel and Iron ore prospecting right in terms of section 16 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, (Act 28 of 2002) as amended by Section 12of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Amendment Act, Act 49 of 2008. The proposed project is located on the remaining extent of the Portion of farm Uitgevonden 355JP, the Ngaka Modiri District Municipality, Litchenburg Local Municipality, North West.
