Proposed electrification of 713 households in various villages in Lusikisiki and Flagstaff. The capacity of the powerline which will supply the customers is 22kilovolts, which is not a listed activity according to the NEM;Environmental Impact Assessment regulations 2014 as amended. The project is located in Libode , under Ingquza Hill Local Municipality, Eastern Cape province.
