General Description:The Crusader Tanks were fielded by the Allied armed forces during the Second World War. The tanks were the primary cruiser tanks in the early years of the war, and were used in the North Africa campaign.This Crusader tank was shipped to South Africa in 1942 as part of the imperial commitment from Britain. It was used for training of South African Armour and Technical personnel and was later withdrawn from service. It was later withdrawn from service.
