We acknowledge receipt of your application for condonation of illegal work at the above stated property, tabled on the 19th of July 2023.

Please be advised as follows: -
(1)           The applicant or their architect must submit two applications: one for the work that was already done without authorisation or a permit, being Application I and(2) Application A for work not yet done, such as the first storey that is going to be added. Plans were submitted showing changes to the ground storey building that was illegally carried out, but on viewing the site on Google Maps, it was clear that the first story was not built.Please separate work that was already done  with an accompanying plans: Application A for new work with separate drawings from Application I with its unique drawings.The application that was tabled is a mixture of the above-mentioned.
