The Heritage Officers Committee Meeting received the application on the 19th of July 2023 dealing with unauthorised work on Portion 5 of Erf 393 being at 17 Jesmond Road, Pietermaritzburg.The applicant must distinguish between unauthorised work done without a permit - all the additions and alterations made on the ground storey building and, work that was not done, referring to the plans that shows a first storey building. When the building was viewed on Google Earth Maps, it was clear that only a ground storey building exists.Please submit 2 applications to distinguish between work done and work that has not started. For unauthorised work, complete Form I and submit the plans only dealing with unauthorised work. For work pending or not started at all, please submit, Form A with the payment of R800, 00.
