Further Requirements:1.Applicants are required to observe a 25m straight line/radius from the center of the discovered piles of rocks and draw a circle around the rocks using the observed radius. No activities associated with the proposed project should take place within that perimeter.2.Applicants are required to accurately indicate the locations of these piles of rocks and properly document them.3.Applicants are required to clearly indicate the locations of the identified graves and properly document them. Failure to comply with the requirements of the National Heritage Resources Act and the KwaZulu-Natal Amafa and Research Institute Act could lead to legal action being instituted against the applicant.
