The committee resolved to approve the application on condition that the applicant provides the time frame for the analysis, the export permit  from SAHRA and Customs before teeth are released into their custody.Failure to comply with the requirements of the National Heritage Resources Act and the KwaZulu-Natal Amafa and Research Institute Act could lead to legal action being instituted against the applicant.
