Interim CommentAlthough no heritage resources were identified on the property, no assessment of impacts to palaeontological resources was completed. In addition, insufficient information was provided for SAHRA to be able to issue a comprehensive comment on the proposed development.As such, SAHRA requires the following;- A Palaeontological Impact Assessment by a suitably qualified palaeontologist to assess the impact of the proposed development on signficant palaeontological resources.- Detailed information on the nature and extent of the proposed development, including the infrastructure required for the proposed mine.SAHRA looks forward to receiving this additional information before issuing a Final Comment on the proposed development.
