The following comments must be adhered to and included in the EMPr:

The amended layout of the turbines must be assessed prior to construction by a heritage specialist and palaeontologist by means of the final walk through before final comments can be issued; and
The recommendations dated 14 April 2016 provided in the Case ID: 218 (Hidden Valley) pertaining to the Great Karoo Wind Energy Facility still applies.
