The SAHRA Archaeology, Palaeontology and Meteorites (APM) Unit cannot accept the submitted letter by the palaeontologist as it does not comply with the SAHRA 2012 Minimum Standards: Palaeontological Component of Heritage Impact Assessments. The study must be revised to include key literature consulted and relevant geological maps to support the opinion provided.
Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the revised document.
