SAHRA requests that the heritage reports be submitted to the SAHRIS Case application for review.
SAHRA advises the applicant to apply for an extension of the EA process in terms of section 19(1)b of the NEMA EIA Regulations in order to address this comment and to ensure that SAHRA comments are included in the Final BAR to be submitted for decision making.
