SAHRA does not object to the proposed development of a cellular communication mast and associated infrastructure on erf 8405 Paarl as it does not pose any negative or detrimental impact to the Dal Josafat National Heritage Site and it does not detract from the heritage fabric of Roggeland Road and the heritage significance of the Dal Josafat National Heritage SiteSAHRA does not object to the permanent departure to the 3M building line as it will not have a significant visual impact on the the area ans well as the adjoining properties and the abutting Dal Josafat National Heritage Site.
