Interim Comment
SAHRA as a commenting authority under section 38(8) of the National Heritage Resources Act, 1999 (Act No. 25 of 1999) require all environmental documents, compiled in support of an Environmental Authorisation application as defined by NEMA EIA Regulations section 40 (1) and (2), to be submitted to SAHRA. If the development is not undertaking an EA application then the documents required for municipal approval must be submitted to the case.
Once the aforementioned reports are submitted to the case, SAHRA will process the case further.
