Final Comment
The following comments are made as a requirement in terms of section 3(4) of the NEMA Regulations and section 38(8) of the NHRA and must be noted by the applicant:

The SAHRA Archaeology, Palaeontology and Meteorites (APM) has no objections to the management measures contained within the EMPr;
The conditions contained within the Final Comment issued on the 31 May 2019 pertaining to the archaeological walk-down, palaeontological resources map and Final Amendment Report are considered to be completed;
The decision regarding the EA Amendment Application must be communicated to SAHRA and uploaded to the SAHRIS Case application.
