Interim Comment
The SAHRA's APM Unit acknowledges receipt of the DEIR and the HIA archaeological component submitted as well as the recommendations contained therein. SAHRA requests that the geo-location Kml. file be submitted to the case application in terms of section 38(3) of the National Resources Act (25 of 1999), a track log of the development footprint, as well as DEIA report appendices for a comprehensive assessment of the potential impact of the proposed development on heritage resources including Palaeontological Heritage.Further comments will be issued on receipt of the above.
