SAHRA finds option 1 from the proposal that of the 180mm deep IPE and roof covering in marine plywood or steel providing a solid overhead roof plane acceptable as it causes less visual clutter than its alternative on the Belvedere Entrance.SAHRA also finds option 1 of the proposal on the Roeland Street Entrance, also that of 180mm deep IPE and roof covering in marine plywood or steel providing a solid overhead roof plane acceptable in the proposed Roeland Street Entrance canopies.The following conditions are attached to this Record of Decision:- Prior to the construction phase, a construction management plan/strategy should be submitted to the case on SAHRIS- A qualified project manager should be present on site each day of construction and must ensure that they have the record of decision in their possession.- It is noted that these intervention will require regular maintenance, therefore a maintenance plan should be drafted and submitted to the case upon completion of the project.- A close out report must be uploaded to the case on SAHRIS upon completion of the project with photographs of completed works.
