SAHRA has no objection to the proposed maintenance the above-mentioned facilities on Robben Island. All work is to be conducted under the supervision of a principal agent/heritage professional to monitor that all work is being done to in manner that preserves the historical integrity of all buildings. As a condition, a Closing Report composed of photographs of the complete works must be uploaded onto SAHRIS upon conclusion of the project.
