The Minimum Standards provides allowance for a Letter of Recommendation for Exemption that can be submitted by a qualified archaeologist should they deem it appropriate. The applicant is further advised to provide a kml. (file) of the proposed power route and not an area polygon. The kml. (file) must indicate the proposed route of the line as it will be implemented.
