As per section 38(2)a of the NHRA (25 of 1999), the SAHRA APM Unit acknowledges receipt of the  application and request that the following is undertaken in terms of section 38(2) of the National Heritage Resources Act (25 of 1999). The project pwer line route must be mapped properly and uploaded to the GIS layer of the SAHRIS case application as a line and not polygon to indicate the exact route of the power line.
