Interim CommentThe SAHRA's APM Unit acknowledges reciept of the application containing a Bid document, HIA reports and PIA Letter of Exemption and the recommendations cotained therein. SAHRA requests that the project geo-location (Kml.) polygon file be uploaded to the case application for a clear assessment of the case and palaeontological impact assessment.The applicant is also advised to upload and all documents pertaining to the Environmental Authorisation Application Process. As per section 24(4)b(iii) of NEMA and section 38(8) of the National Heritage Resources Act, Act 25 of 1999 (NHRA). Further comments will be issued upon reciept of the above. The applicant is further advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1)b of the NEMA EIA regulations to comply with this comment
