Request for ClarityThe SAHRA requested in an Interim Comment published on Case ID 15195, that the amended HIA must include the results of the tourism study, VIA and the PIA studies as an overall assessment of impacts for the respective development areas. In addition, the comment had stated that:"Due to the complex nature of the proposed activities at Schroda and Mapungubwe Valley (orientation centers), a separate standalone case must be created. "Please clarify if any of the Mapungubwe Valley Orientation Centre projects require an Environmental Authorisation. If any of the sites do not require an EA, then the Mapungubwe Valley Orientation Centre project triggers section 38(7) of the NHRA application, whereby the SAHRA will advise on the way forward.
