Interim CommentThe SAHRA Archaeology, Palaeontology, and Meteorites (APM) Unit cannot make an informed decision on the proposed project because the PIA report did not assess the correct location of the proposed development in their report. The assessed location is on a different farm to the proposed development location, and the assessed location has a different sensitivity to the actual location of the proposed development.SAHRA requires the PIA report to be amended to assess the actual development location located on the farm Naauwpoort 335 JS. Once the amended report is submitted to the case the SAHRA will process the case further.
