Interim Comment
The SAHRA Archaeology, Palaeontology and Meteorites (APM) Unit requests that a statement must be provided by a qualified palaeontologist with regards to the submitted letter regarding the impact to palaeontological resources of the current proposed development. A Letter of Recommendation for Exemption from further studies may be submitted by the qualified palaeontologist, as per the 2012 Minimum Standards: Palaeontological Component of Heritage Impact Assessments.
SAHRA will issue further comments on receipt of the above requested document.
