Comment
The SAHRA Development Application Unit (DAU) is satisfied with the content of the CHMP. The following is requested:

As per the Final Comment issued on SAHRIS Case ID 21035, the CHMP must be updated with the results of the walkdown conducted for the Access Road (SAHRA is aware that this is in the process of being completed);
The presence of heritage sites that are to be managed must form part of all induction or introduction programmes for all contractors, sub-contractors and visitors, who must sign acknowledgement of these sites, their associated significance and protections;
A map noting the location of all heritage sites and CHMP must be made available to all contractors, sub-contractors and appropriate visitors, including all no-go zones;
The CHMP must be updated if any amendments are made to the development, as a result of any new HIA that is conducted as part of these amendments.
