The existing house, out building and garage is to be demolished to accommodate a new multi unit development. The new development will have 4 units, each with a garage, kitchen, living and entertainment space on the ground floor with a toilet for guests. The first floor will contain private spaces in the form of 3 bedrooms, each with and en-suite and dresser.
