Poe Trading (Pty) Ltd has applied for an Environmental Authorization for proposed Mining activities for Copper, Andalusite, Manganese, Magnesite and Rare Earth Ore on a certain portion of the farm Portion 8 of farm Moilos 412 JO. In the Magisterial District of Zeerust, North West Province. The application has been lodged in terms in terms of Section 23 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA), 2008 (Act No. 23 of 2008) to the Department of Mineral Resources (DMR), Mpumalanga Province (Mpumalanga Regional Department).
