accommodate as many families as possible that the piece of land can handle. The proposed development is being packaged in line with
the Integrated Residential Development Programme. Site currently is bordered by a stream in the valley, and partially by DMOSS area.
Snatiation infrastructure is still being decided on, in terms of capacity of nearby infrastructure to accommodate the proposed
