Certain piece of land comprising-
(a) the farm Magersfontein Battlefield 178, measuring 192.4062 hectares, by virtue of Certificate of Consolidated Title 537/1970, dated 2 July 1970, and indicated on Diagram SG 6335/1970, being a consolidation of the following properties, viz.:
(i) Portion 7 (a portion of Portion 1) of the farm Voetpaddrift 128, Diagram SG 6332/1969;
(ii) Portion 23 (a portion of Portion 20) of the farm Magersfontein 127, Diagram SG 6333/1969; and
(iii) Portion 24 (a portion of Portion 21) of the farm Magersfontein 127, Diagram SG 6334/1969;
(b) the remaining extent of the farm Magersfontein K126 (renumbered as the remaining extent of the farm Magersfontein 127), and held by virtue of Deed of Transfer 538/1970, dated 2 July 1970.
