The historic portions, namely the original main entrance building, the quadrangle behind it, the library, the storeroom and armoury, and the three original classrooms, of Queen's College, situate on the following erven:
(a) Certain piece of land situate between Frost and Garcia Streets, in the town and Division of Queenstown, being block HJ (now known as Erf 829, Queenstown).
(b) Certain piece of freehold land, formerly part of Garcia Street, situate in Driver and Fletcher Streets, in the town and Division of Queenstown (now known as Erf 830, Queenstown.
(c) Certain piece of freehold land, situate between Berry and Garcia Streets, in the town of Queenstown, being Block "O" (now known as Erf 831, Queenstown).
(d) Certain piece of land, situate in Berry Street, in the Municipality and Division of Queenstown, called College extension (now known as Erf 832, Queenstown).
