Proposal Description
The proponent intends to conduct a Basic Assessment process for the proposed development of townhouse units and residential blocks, located in Humansdorp, within the Kouga Local Municipality, Eastern Cape Province.
The applicant, Wamabla (Pty) Ltd, wishes to undertake development on Erf 3279 and Erf 3280 in Humansdorp. The proposed development will involve the construction of 194 residential units over the two erven, comprising a total development area of approximately 5.3 ha. The residential erven will be serviced by municipal water and sewerage infrastructure and new attenuation ponds will be developed on site for the management of stormwater.
