Grading - 236269

Relatively well-preserved shell midden deposits occur on a steep, east-facing, vegetated dune slope, in the back dune area. Comprising mostly fragmented shellfish (T. Sarmaticus & operculum), but also some larger fragments and smaller, whole limpets (Scutellastra tabularis), and a few small whelk. Also some burnt shell. Several quartzite flakes & chunks, but no pottery or OES found. Grading by: Jonathan Kaplan
