Alterations with Partial Demolition of Ex. Ancillary Unit. 142 Queen Eizabeth

We are proposing to demolish an existing Ancillary Unit which is not part of the main house. Once this is done, we will then proceed to construct 2 new double story structures, each with shared ablution facilities. We are also proposing a parking lot which will cater for the new development and the existing dwelling house, this will be in line with the parking scheme for this zone.
