The state funded housing development in Langefontein is to be approximately 1577 low-cost sites and 285 High Density Residential i.e. CRU/Rentals, 109 Bonded sites along Boundary Road, proposed on Rem of Portion 63 of the No. 4675 of the Farm Langefontein No.5981.
