We acknowledge receipt of your application for a permit to carry out work on the above property. The KZN Amafa and Research Institute (The Institute) reviewed the application on the 18 October 2023/

Please be advised as follows: -

(1)          Please send a full set of plans including the floor plans, site plans, elevations and schedule, coloured and numbered as was requested on your application form.
(2)          Upload proof of professional accreditation as an architect.
(3)          Upload photos of the streetscape with a date on it: the latest photos are needed, not those from Google Earth.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to khanyi[email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
