Plot 84, Short Street, Muldersdrift, Johannesburg, Mogale City Local Municipality, Gauteng, prior to obtaining the necessary authorisations. The distribution centre is for eco-friendly composite products (decking, cladding, beams, railings, fastners and indoor flooring). As part of the development, the applicant has conducted rehabilitation works in the wetland in order to improve the functionality of the wetland.
