Poe Trading (Pty) Ltd has applied for Environmental Authorization for proposed Mining activities for Copper, Andalusite, Manganese, Magnesite, and Rare Earth Ore on a certain portion of the farm Portion 8 of farm Moilos 412 JO, in the Magisterial District of Zeerust, North West Province. The application has been lodged in terms of Section 23 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA), 2008 (Act No. 23 of 2008) to the Department of Mineral Resources (DMR), North West Province (North West Regional Department). See APPENDIX A: MAPS for the Regulation 2(2) plan for this proposed mining permit application.
