SAHRA DAU notes the submission of the HIA report however the draft EIAr and its appendices must be submitted to the case. In addition, a suitably qualified palaeontologist must be appointed to undertake an assessment of impacts to the palaeontological resources as the proposed area is in the region has a moderate Palaeontological Sensitivity and according to the palaeosensitivity map as desktop palaeontological assessment must be undertaken.
