Proposed Elandspoort Extension 3, Township Development, situated on part of the Remaining Extent of the Farm Danville 599 JR, within the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, Gauteng

The project will entail the construction of 263 Free Standing Residential housing units and 1941 housing units High Density Residential Units. Each housing unit/stand will be provided with electricity, potable water, and sanitation. Therefore, basic services will be provided to each stand. In addition, the development will consist of open space areas for recreational use as well as a site dedicated to educational purposes. From a social perspective. Furthermore, the project will include larger open space / recreational areas in comparison.
