Basic Assessment and EMP update for Bosjesspruit

The current study is a Heritage Baseline and Impact Assessment (HBIA) conducted in terms of Section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act, No. 25 of 1999 (NHRA). It involves conducting a baseline assessment survey of the EMPr update area, and a survey of the proposed E3 Gravity and BS6 Rising Main pipelines, impact assessment, making recommendations on the management of cultural heritage resources in the Project area based on the best practices, and concluding on manners in which the Project should proceed in terms of planning and implementation in line with the prescripts of the NHRA, No. 25 of 1999, and other applicable legislations such as the NEMA, No. 107 of 1998 and MPRDA, No. 28 of 2002. The development is in the Mpumalanga province.
