DISCUSSION

Amongst other things, the following was discussed:

• The committee noted that the demolition of 3 structures with one site, a poster was put up for public participation and emailed to the nearby neighbors.  
• The committee noted that the photographs submitted were insufficient to establish a grading. 

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS 

• The applicant was required to submit the photographs of the elevations and the interiors of the structures on site; and 
• The applicant is also required to submit contextual photographs showing all sides of the buildings including the interior of the structures.
