Case Decision - 346642

Amongst other things, the following was discussed:

• The committee suspected illegal work on site on the boundary wall.
• Previous approval from the municipality was submitted, no approval from Amafa had been granted. 
• Photographs provided were not sufficient for assessment.
• Previously approved drawings had not been submitted, the applicant would be required to clarify why no approval was obtained.   

Further Requirements:

• The applicant is required to submit all four sides of the building including the main house and internal photographs of all areas to be altered on the outbuilding. 
• To clarify whether work has been completed and if there is still any proposed work.
