Proposal Description
It is the intention of LWUA to establish a 10Ml/D Water Treatment Works (WTW) at the Havercroft Pump Station. The WTW will have a design capacity of 10 ML/day and will cover an area of approximately 3,23 hectares.
It is the intention of LWUA to establish a Solar PV plant with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in support of providing Solar power to the pump station to be constructed. The solar PV plant will consist of a land parcel and floating solar on top of the Pump Station balancing dams. Two proposed alternatives for the land parcel are being assessed.
