Proposed demolition and reinstatement of canopy at The Playhouse Company.

This application is for the removal of the canopy apron roof and the reinstatement of the structure using lighter materials but with the same detailing. The existing structure has cracked and spauling concrete and falling plaster. The waterproofing of the slab also requires replacing as currently there is water ingress impacting on the reinforcing steel in the concrete.
