The proposed development consists of the unlawful construction of 1 chicken house IN 2008-2009, of approximately 2400m2 on Portion 25 of Farm 311, which is located approximately 13km south east of Ottosdal. The site was previously used as a maize field, a total area of 1ha has been cleared for the development.
Furthermore, the applicant proposes the expansion of the facility by an additional 4 chicken houses (housing a total of 250 000 chickens), 2900m2 each.
