Sun Village Shopping Centre

This office has been appointed to legalise the existing Sun Village shopping Centre (next to the Sun City Resort), as well as expand the centre. The current zoning is "Agricultural" and thus does not allow for the property to be utilized for a shopping centre. Because the land use rights as per the current use were never obtained, in order to expand the centre, the correct zoning to allow for a shopping centre has to be obtained by means of a rezoning.
