We hereby apply for ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING FLAT AND CONSENT APPLICATION FOR MEDICAL OFFICE. The existing building has been up since about 1924 . The building is now old and maintenance has become a challenge due to some of the original building materials being no longer used in the industry, therefore new, modern materials are the only option to use for easier maintenance. We also wish to use part of the proposed additions as a medical office, for the ethekwini town planning scheme allows for such use.
