The applicant has a Prospecting Right with ref. no: NC2131PR to prospect for diamonds (general) on Erf 2004, a portion of Erf 2003, Windsorton and a surveyed portion of Erf 1, Windsorton in the Magisterial district of Barkly West. There is also a Prospecting Right under ref. no: NC30/1/1/2/11681PR to prospect for Diamonds (alluvial and in kimberlite) on Portion of Erf 2004 (a portion of Erf 2003), Barkley West. The applicant therefore is applying to consolidate three rights, NC003MRC, NC2131PR and NC11681PR and also to include Erf 1 Windsorton.
