Please be advised as follows:
- This is a listed building of IIIA significance that was built in 1915, please upload a structural engineer's report to prove that the walls, foundation etcetera are unstable and that repair will not be feasible.
- Taken into consideration that this is a listed building and very significant, the owner must consult with residents and owners within a 100m of 93 Manor View Drive and proof must be uploaded onto SAHRIS as proof of registered mail sent to interested and affected parties.
Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
Extensions of 30 days may be requested; if additional information is needed or revised drawings, these documents must be submitted within 6 months of the date of this letter or the application will lapse and a new application and fee to be paid, is necessary.
If public participation is necessary, the applicant will be notified of the level of public participation necessary: For development and demolition applications the neighbours, ward councillor and heritage societies must be contacted. Owners and residents within 100m must be consulted for demolition applications. All documents submitted is retained for record purposes and interested and affected parties may apply to view the applications.
